    Great Time but...

    s clark from hadleigh

First of all had a great time, just a few pointers that really the hotel could easily update - there were never enough cutlery, glasses were constantly running out, fizzy machines could not cope with the excess use and got overheated (warm fizzy never goes down well!) Many families had booked a "family room" which the hotel themselves said did not really exist, just a large double room with extra beds - although we were a family of four and found it not to be a problem. We have just got back (April 21 09)so perhaps it was still classed as low season - but nevertheless you expect the same service - all the slides were fantastic, but again there were not enough rubber rings set out so you had to queue a long time (being english we are used to this) but extremely large amounts of Russians and Germans were there and they do not queue!! Snacks not quite like they make it out to be - just a few cakes - I think the food court should be part of the "all inclusive" and considering such a lovely hot country - perhaps more fruit in the restaurants should be provided as an alternative dessert instead of just fancy cakes. Snacks at nightime were no better, cakes only. Also, staff in bar and restaurant areas need to chill a little, we're not all Russians. There, I ve said my bit - but still had a great time and these are all minor things - go and have fun.

    Aquapark 'AquaFabulous'

    kim from England

Went to Sharm El Sheikh with my boyfriend for a week and after a few days of relaxing we decided to try one of sharm's attractions. 'Cleo'Park was hugely publisised by hotels and reps but the locals said hotels recommend this place for commision, the locals said try 'AquaPark' instead...WHAT A GREAT CHOICE! "Cleo Park is very small and VERY expensive 200 Eygptian pounds (?20) whereas Aquapark is much bigger and much better value for money being 160 Egyptian Pounds (?16)" they said. We highly Recommend Aquapark, It's great for children and very very safe. We are 19 and have no children but yet this was the best day of our holiday by far.
